A. “Ted” Wells joined forces to collaborate on a project many considered foolhardy — a large, powerful, and fast biplane built specifically for the business executive. The Beechcraft Model 17, popularly known as the “Staggerwing” was first flown on November 4, 1932, setting the standard for private passenger airplanes for many years to come. It was considered, during its time, to be the premier executive aircraft flying, much as the Gulfstream executive jets are considered in contemporary times.”

This model is an older Simtech Flight Design Ltd model that was put through a modernization revamp to upgrade many of its features to newer and better FS-2004 standards. It will perform at top performance at any level of detail, AI or player population settings. It has a very realistic air modeling system to deliver a outstanding and fun virtual flying experience! This add-on is set for veteran flight simulation pilots.
This add-on is configured to run is FS-2004 only. If you want to use it in FSX it will require modifications.

Hippo HP O/400 freeware promo

The Handley Page “HP” O/400 WWI bomber was the first winged aircraft able to carry a four man crew as well as two 500 lbs bombs with good range. It was soon met by the German air force with the capture of an HP O/400 that landed in a storm on German air field. Soon after the Germans produced the Gotha bomber with closely resembled the HP O/400.
We have reproduced the Handley Page O/400 “Hippo” for Flight Simulator 2004. It has many features usually only in upscale models, and we think it looks and sounds great as well! It’s pretty lightweight and should not give you a framerate hit in heavy scenery or heavy online traffic.
This version of the Hippo is designed FS-2004 only. It may run in FSX but has not been tested or set up for it, ie if you decide to run it in FSX you will have to make some modifications to the files in order to do so.

Fokker Dr.1 freeware promo

We are happy to announce the final edition of the Dr.1 for FS-2004.
The Fokker Dr1 was built by simTECH Flight Design Ltd in the year 2001.
It has since then been rebuilt from the ground up for FS-2004 and now is a completely new model in every way. It is designed to run at very high framerates and still look outstanding. The model was rebuilt to work better in FS-2004 and also accept new 32-bit high-end texture sets, and prevent framerate drops. Heavy focus was on the air file. The Dr.1 is not a beginner’s aircraft. It is set up with real world flight dynamics and will take practice to master at 100% realism.
The Dr1 is designed for FS-2004, not FSX. It will however work well in FSX aside from the prop anomalies that happen when a FS-2004 plane is ported over to FSX.

The Cr1-Software Freeware Promotion Rata I-16 is a add on specifically designed for FS2004 (FS9).

Recently, CR1-Software has acquired the trademarks and copyright to all Simtech Flight Design Ltd. software, proprietary designing tools and projects that were previously released as freeware. CR1 is pleased to announce that all older Simtech Flight Design Ltd. add-ons will be redone and released for the original flight simulators they were designed for, only at a much higher quality and authentic finish. They will also be upgraded to work properly in FS 2004 and will run well in FSX.

We have also gained control of copyright over the Simtech add-ons that were currently under development and will over time finish these stunning add-ons and release them to our fans.
